Conducting sales operations of new and used Caterpillar equipment
Meet/ Exceed sales and margin budgets
Maintaining existing customer coverage while developing new prospects
Provide solutions to customers using all available tools
Conduct sales operations of new and used equipment while achieving and maintaining pricing integrity.
Provide solutions to existing and new Customers, become their preferred provider.
Plan and conduct Customer interviews and build relationships.
Achieve customer coverage targets, effectively communicate and deal with any issues they may have.
Identify and contact potential new customers
Update CRM with activities, leads, opportunities and customer information
Provide reports to appropriate manager on all sales operations, competitors, customer situation, potential projects as requested.
Comply with the company working principles and the state laws.
Improve customer knowledge for better sales operations, conduct the equipment consultation service (free-of charge) to customers for future sales opportunities.
Follow all PTC procedures, complete all required paperwork associated with the sales and delivery process.
Other task as assigned by Direct Supervisor
University degree: Prerequisite
At least 3 years of working experience with similar duties in a similar- sized foreign organization and has displayed in this area: Prerequisite
