TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

I. MAIN TASKS:
| Plan, organize and direct orientation and carry out and deliver technical training programs for company’s product support technical personnel |
| Develop technical training materials as needed, use and include but not limited to CASTT and CAT resource training materials to suit the business unit and customer needs |
| Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or teams and / or consultations with department managers, technical training instructors or customer representatives |
| Keep up with developments in area of expertise by reading current journals, active participation in various CAT learning programs, attending meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs, or to inform management of training program status |
| Develop and coordinate client relations with appropriate inter-company departments concerning to or promote New Product Information (NPI). |
| Ensure all training equipment and facilities are maintained, secured and kept in an orderly manner |
| Lead, handle, deliver and manage instructor lead training (ILT) and related activities... |
II. REQUIREMENTS:
| University Degree: University of Technical & Education or University of Technology majoring in Automobile Engineering/ Electrical Engineering. | |
| At least 3 years of minimum working experience as an automotive/ electrical technician (Applicable for genset or power system) and technical training instructor. | |
| Service Technician function in local CAT Dealership will be an advantage. | |
| As TOEIC /TOEFL certificate. | |
| Computer literate and familiar with words, excel, power point programs. | |
| Fluency in English. |
