Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to welcome visitors, handle all incoming and outgoing calls, and fax to appropriate individuals
Receive transportation requests and arrange drivers and vehicles to ensure fully serving requirements
Co-ordinate with external courier to ensure the distribution & delivery made on a timely basis with reliable services
Arrange, monitor and assist in the planning & preparation of meeting, conference rooms and teleconference call if any
Inform / co-ordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment, office assets...
Maintain and keep an up to date list of supplier / provider in fields of electricity, telephone, mobile phone, water supply, hotel & restaurant

Education:
University graduate	Prerequisite
Other Skills and Knowledge:
Good in Vietnamese/English communication	Prerequisite
Customer oriented	Prerequisite
