Shaorui (SRH) was established in 1992 in China. SRH joined the global mining and construction industry giant-Metso in 2013, and became its wholly-owned subsidiary in 2019.

Shaorui is a part of Metso but it is not Metso China.

SRH has its own specification, its own warranty standard, and operates independently from MO and different from Metso Outotec standards.
