Parts inventories are located in 3 branches to give your equipment the most comprehensive parts support in Vietnam.

3 Product Suport Center:

Quang Ninh - 2,800m2
Hung Yen - 2.4ha (4,000m2 buildings)
Dong Nai - 2ha (13,149m2 buildings) mainly focusing on Power systems

$10 Parts inventory with over 15,000 line items.

The inventory is monitored by a centralized infomation system, using the most sophisticated inventory management tools available. This innovative system stocks the right parts quantities to fulfill most customers' parts orders immediately.

Our parts order processing system is linked directly to Cat ANTARES parts ordering online system network to source from the nearest location worldwide so that you can receive the highest level of parts availability in the industry.

II. SERVICE

Phu Thai Cat believes that product support is seen as the foundation of an enduring partnership that guarantees optimum equipment work life and project profitability.

Field service: Field service teams are equipped with Cat service and diagnostic tools to reduce your equipment downtime, improved reliability and efficiency.
Workshop: PTC workshops have high trained technicians using specialized tools and equipment that operate under the safety, quality and contamination control standards of Caterpillar. We provide 6 months warranty for Machines, Engines, Components rebuilt in our workshops.
Maintenance Program: PTC offers a wide range of technical inspections and maintenance programs that fit the needs of our customers.
Customer Support Agreement: A Customer Support Agreement with PTC can increase productivity of your equipment and lower operation costs. CSAs cover new and used equipment, ranging from simple Preventive Maintenance to the more sophisticated Maintenance and Repair Contracts.

III. TRAINING

Our Training Instructors have been accredited by Caterpillar.

Customer Training: Our customers are provided with regular training programs aligned with our principles to follow correct equipment operation procedures, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Training is aligned to ensure that our equipment delivers total customer satisfaction.
In-House Training: Training is crucial for our own Technicians and customers' maintenance crews to ensure that equipment provides peak availability and productivity.
Apprenticeship Program: The apprentices undergo Caterpillar Standard technical (Mechanical/Electrical) training through classroom and on-job exposure to become certified service technicians.
