I. MAIN TASKS
Perform independently or lead a team to conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, failure analysis, and overhauls on Caterpillar equipment.
Handle service jobs for marine propulsion/auxiliary engines (35kW–2500kW), generator sets, or construction machinery such as excavators and wheel loaders.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers for service planning, coordination, and reporting.
Prepare accurate and timely service reports.
II. REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from Technical University/College with Technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Marine Engineering (or equivalent).
Hands-on experience in either mechanical or electrical service related to diesel engines or generator.
Experience with Cat models 3500, C32, C18, C9.3, C7.1, C4.4 preferred; C280 experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and English communication (reading & writing).
Willing to travel and work both at PTC workshop and customer sites/vessels as required.
