I. MAIN TASKS
Receive and process customer service requests, provide consultations, and prepare service quotations.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support the quotation and service execution process.
Create Work Orders (WOs) and track service implementation progress.
Verify details and work with customers to close WOs upon service completion.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
II. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's/College degree in Automotive Engineering or Power/Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3-5 years of experience in technical advisory or repair of engines, generators, and heavy equipment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
