Commercial Manager will support Business Unit (BU) Manager to generate income for the organization from the commercial sector, with a particular focus on ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the numbers. He/she will work cross the departments and deal with Customer to manage delivery of commercial benefits.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Working with related departments and customer to finalize the worksheet with accurate figures for a purpose of maximizing profit of the deal
Ensuring the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties
Resolving contractual and commercial problems
Working with Finance/Sales Admin to managing the cash flows of the contract individually and as a whole
Manage milestone of contracts/projects
Analyzing the risks related to the contract and proposing the tools/method and solutions to manage such risks
Monitoring Business Plan (BP) financial performance and reporting on behalf of BU Director
Analyzing BP metrics including key ratios such as PINS, Participation rate
Assisting BU Manager to prepare yearly business plan
Advising BU Manager and Management team on commercial matters including commission structure



Degree or Certificate : University or above in the Economics sector with greater opportunity for fields of Finance/Accounting/Audit/Banking
At least 5 years of working experience in the same level. Management position in Finance & Accounting of International organization or Investment Banking is an advantage
Experience in making financial planning; risk analysis & management
Basis understanding on Customer Relationship Management and Marketing
Planning and organization skill
Communication skill and analytical thinking
Reporting skill and teamwork
Managerial skill; project management skills
Good English & general computer skills
